My son-in-law owns several wooden masks and I am fascinated with his Bobo Sun Mask. I couldn’t help but to take on the challenge of recreating it in fabric. I am gifting this quilt to him in July 2019 when he graduates with his PhD.

Thank you, Ruth. I learned several new to me techniques on this project. There was definitely blood, sweat and tears spent, but also joy seeing it to completion.
