For the book:  Turn off Outline Patches or look at the layout tab to see the block sizes. Cut top and bottom blocks apart.  Put right sides together lining up the tops. Sew a 1/2 inch seam all the way around, but leave an opening for turning inside out.    After turning, stitch opening closed and attach pages together at the spine.
