I’ll be the first to admit the “modern” isn’t in my comfort zone… but this quilt was fun to draw.  Maybe, someday, I’ll do something like this for my granddaughter.!  This is definitely best viewed with the outlines turned off.

The one thing I do love about the modern quilt movement is all the wonderful quilting they put on  quilt.  I’d start with these overlayed circles, but then I’d fill in the circles with different fills and meanders.  I’d quilt around the floating bubbles, not over them!
