SewCalGal is at it again with her fun Christmas Quilt Show! She brought to our attention that there is a cute Christmas quilt in the collection that was designed in EQ and we wanted to show it off. Designed by the blogger of Quilts and Dogs, this adorable holiday quilt was designed in EQ for the The Stompin’ Stitchers Bee challenge of the CyberFriends Guild and won 2nd place! Hopefully this will provide some holiday inspiration for you all

There is something so fun about getting to see your EQ designed quilts while we are at Festival. We feel just as proud as you do about your quilts and love to see what you’ve done. Deborah Goltra took showed her EQ designed quilt, Jeweled Artichoke, to Barb Vlack during a Quilt Festival demo. She told Barb she would not have been able to create a border that fit without EQ. Way to go, Deb and thank you so much for taking the time to share with us! The crew is traveling home today and I’m sure will have tons of great stories like these to share with us!

Half of the EQ crew is still in Houston, TX at the George Brown Convention Center for Quilt Festival. Festival preview is tonight along with a few EQ classes taught by Barb Vlack. Tomorrow the show opens and all the booths are in full swing! If you’re going to be there make sure you stop by booth 808 to say hello and pick up an EQ tote bag with your order while supplies last!
