I don’t own a cutter, but I have been able to use a friend’s cutter a few times. What I like most is the accuracy of the cut pieces. It makes them so easy to sew together because they align perfectly. I also like the applique dies.

I appreciate the accuracy of using my AcuQuilt cutter and dies. For me starting with accurate fabric cut lends for more cohesive piecing experience that produces a better quilt top. Not to mention I can start piecing quicker. My brain is challenged to create new and exciting new quilt tops and helps me by exercising my brain muscles.

Well! I have been hearing such great things about AccuQuilt, and just last week asked a friend (who has AccuQuilt) to convince me I NEED it. Electric Quilt and AccuQuilt, what could be better? A marriage made, if not in Heaven, then at least made for all of us who love fabric and quilting. Thank you AccuQuilt, Electric Quilt, and Lori! I will be purchasing my AccuQuilt very soon.

8:56 am
I love the Accuquilt cutters and dies because without them, I would not be a quilter. I’m a bit dyslexic and my brain doesn’t process how shapes go together very easily. Plus, I can’t cut straight (even when I think I do!), and have wasted so much fabric trying. With Accuquilt, I don’t have to think. I just have to follow the directions and I get perfect shapes that go together perfectly every time. EQ8 is on my wish list as now I want to try designing patterns for my dies. If you have the right tools, you can do anything!

I love my AccuQuilt Cutters. They really help me to cut out the pieces perfect every time, fast, and easily. I love how the dog ears are curt off too. Accuquilt makes piecing so much easier and much more accurate than cutting with scissors or a rotary cutter. I use EQ8 to design my quilts and then I cut the pieces perfectly using my AccuQuilt cutter and dies. I can’t think of a better way to do this. I’m so excited that you are coming out with more software to use with EQ8 and AccuQuilt. I’m looking forward to it!

I love my Accuquilt Big Go! Cutter because I can get accurate cuts and spend more time sewing since I’m not using a rotary cutter and rulers! Also, I save more cutting my own strips, charms and 2 1/2” squares!

9:43 am
I have many reasons for loving my AccuQuilt Go Big. I owned an AccuQuilt machine years ago but had to stop using it because of neck and shoulder issues I have. I bought the Electric AccuQuilt Go Big when I became aware of it and I have not regretted my purchase. I can use the system without aggravating my neck and shoulder. Recently I used it to help me scrap bust my material. I cut the majority of the scraps into 10″ and 5″ squares, sorted them by color and set them aside for my next quilts. I’ve also made quilts based on designs provided by AccuQuilt for the Go system.

I love Accquilt! I am no longer able to stay for more than a few minutes and thought my quilting days were over, but my friend, Bonnie, told me about Accuquilt and I am now quilting again. I have the 8″, 10″ and 12″ Go cubes with angles and coordingating dies and I can cut just about any shape I need.

Accuquilt and EQ helped me become a better quilter. Using Accuquilt along with EQ8 is a pairing that makes creating even more customizable and enjoyable. I design personal and donation quilts in EQ8 in sizes according to the my available Accuquilt dies. The combination of the two tools results in amount of precision that I could not quickly achieve using a rotary cutter and templates. The Accuquilt Add-On will result in more block combinations than I could ever create on my own.

I love my Accuquilt go to make quick work for accurate cutting and piecing. I have an 8″ cube so this would be perfect.
10-01-2024
9:57 am
My initial AQ purchase was the Double Wedding Ring die to streamline a fairly complicated cutting process. That was cool, but the 2 1/4” strip die changed my life! Bindings are now a quick and simple pleasure rather than drudgery. My quilting buddies quickly saw the value and our die libraries expanded fairly dramatically after that. We even convinced our community quilt group of 90 to purchase all the Qubes, Angles and Corners plus a few BOBs. AQ is the best innovation since the rotary cutter! Combined with EQ8, who knows what mischief we can cause!!

Love the Accuquilt system. Accurate cuts every time makes piecing together so easy with great results.
10-01-2024

I use one if not more dies on a daily basis and cutting and preparing for my next quilt has never been easier and quicker. I also try hard at making ONE quilt, big or small, monthly at least just to show my love and support to AccuQuilt and their products xoxo

I love that with my Accuquilt dies, I don’t have any of those bunny ears to trim off after sewing half square triangles. I now have perfectly straight 2 1/2 ” binding cut in minutes and for applique shapes that are all the same every time you can’t beat Accuquilt!
10-01-2024

What perfect way to celebrate moving into a retirement community cottage and having a dedicated Creating Room. I’ve used others’ Accuquilt to cut pattern pieces and, like magic, the fabric pieces fit together perfectly. Even since, an Accuquilt system has been on my Wish List.
Fingers crossed!!! I do love designing my own quilts on EQ8. The addition of an Acuuquit cutter will be the cherry on the top – whether won or eventually purchased.

I purchased the AccuQuilt Go Big because I have arthritis in my hands and I thought it would be so much easier to cut my quilts out without causing so much pain in my hands. And is does help with that tremendously. But I also love the precision of the AccuQuilt cuts and the many applique shapes that are available.

I love my Accuquilt cutter and dies. I have the 8 inch cube and it makes wonderful 12 inch blocks using a 9-patch setting. I have an autoimmune disease that causes arthritis and tendon inflammation so the Accuquilt system is perfect for me, especially on days where using a rotary cutter is difficult.
10-01-2024

Love love my EQ8 and putting my Accuquilt with it will be the best! I have the Accuquilt Go Big!
10-01-2024
11:35 am
I love my AccuQuilt so much that I shipped it to myself internationally when I moved from California to England! I sent clothes, some quilts, my serger, and a very few personal items, so to incluce my (very heavy!) Go! cutter and dies to demonstrates their value to me!
I used EQ to design my very first original quilt (Lantern Festival) and, while it was a challenge, I was able to figure out how to cut it all with my AccuQuilt. I’d love to be able to design and cut (and not do math!) much more quickly next time.
10-01-2024
11:38 am
I have had an Accuquilt cutter for several years. I work fulltime and I have poor vision. The Accuquilt allows me to cut out quilts quickly and accurately. I love to study patterns to see how I can use my Accuquilt to cut pieces for store bought patterns. For example, one quilt I wanted to make require over 200 2.5 inch squares. I was able to cut them out so quickly and immediately got to sewing. It was great!

11:40 am
I have used a friend’s Accuquilt cutter and would love to have one. It is much more accurate than I am with a ruler and cutter. It would also speed up the cutting process. I am 82 years old.

My husband bought the AccuQuilt Go! for me as a wonderful & much loved gift. We are senior citizens and trying to cut lots of shapes with just a rotary cutter does not work for me. Too hard on my arm and shoulder.
As part of belonging to our local quilt guild, we do charity quilts for children that we call Comfy Quilts. There are so many hurting children right in our own county.
By having the AccuQuilt cutting system, I am delightfully able to make so many more quilts for them. It’s wonderful and I really enjoy doing them.
I get to have the fun of picking out the patterns, fabrics, and sewing it all together. Each one is made with lots of love even though I never see them. Such a wonderful blessing!

I have Accuquilt GO and BIG cutters and use them both depending on the project. I recently designed my own quilt in EQ with an emphasis on using my BIG cutter to cut out as many of the blocks as possible.
EQ and Accuquilt pairing is a terrific idea and long overdue! I look forward to having the core blocks available in EQ so I can design my next quilt.
10-01-2024
12:08 pm
I love my accuquilt cutter. I always had trouble with my rotary cutter and ruler slipping. With accuquilt my cuts are always perfect and I’m making blocks that I never would have attempted before. My blocks come out perfect and I’m having fun. Best part, cutting is quick and accurate and I can sew with pieces fitting and no dog ears. Wish I had started using accuquilt sooner.

What could be more wonderful than having the dog ears cut off those triangles so they match perfectly? And to be able to cut a bunch at once? I’m making the quilts I’ve wanted to for years but didn’t want to fiddle with the difficult cutting, especially the ones with odd angles.
10-01-2024
12:21 pm
I love my Accuquilt because my cutting is so much more accurate abd quicker, too
10-01-2024

I would love to own a AccuQuilt Go-Cutter! I have been using Electric Quilt software for almost 20 years. This would be the perfect addition to my EQ8 software.

12:26 pm
I have two Accuquilt machines. I started with a GrandeMark 2 (same as Studio 2) and Studio dies for all the shapes in the basic 8″ Qube, then I got a Go! crank machine from someone local and a bunch of dies with it. Now I’ve been buying bits (to fill in other Qube sizes) and BOBs as well as strip dies. I’d love to win the EQ8 package, because the Go! Quilt site doesn’t allow you to change the colorways of only some blocks, for example to make secondary patterns in the Storm at Sea quilt.
10-01-2024
12:27 pm
I love my electric AccuQuilt cutter because it is so easy to use, cuts much more accurately than I ever could, and makes my 1/4 inch seams perfect! Best invention ever!!!

Just started to use AccuQuilt go but I’ve used EQ8 since version 3
It would be wonderful to have this program add on for EQ8
I’d love it

Love my AccuQuilt. Made cutting an Exploding Heart effortless.

12:39 pm
Sounds like a great way to use two great brands of quilting tools!

12:39 pm
I love my Accuquilt Go! Cutter and all of my cutting dies. I also downloaded the Accuquilt Go! Blocks sets that are available by Lori Miller. Absolutely love designing with them. I just print out my project and pull the appropriate die and start cutting. Love my Accuquilt.
10-01-2024
12:41 pm
I love using my Accuquilt cutters makes my blocks more accurate and sewing them together is so easy meaning I have more time to design more quilts in EQ8 and make them.
10-01-2024
12:42 pm
I love my AccuQuilt because I can cut up to 6 designs at a time not only saving time but money also because there is very little waste.
10-01-2024
12:43 pm
Oh my goodness! I have been wanting this combination for so long. AccuQuilt has been such a useful tool – saves my fingers from rotary cuter cuts and, so very important, fast, accurate cuts. I have found myself looking for quilt patterns where I can make use of my AccuQuilt. Now, with EQ8, searching for useable patterns is obsolete- I can create by own AccuQuilt design patterns.
10-01-2024
12:44 pm
I love my accuquilt cutter! I mainly use the basic precut sizes (2.5” strips, 5” squares, 10” squares) so I can easily cut out fabric for all my favourite precut friendly patterns. I have the 6” Qube but haven’t used it yet, this add on will change that!
10-01-2024
12:47 pm
I love the accuracy of my Accuquilt. And it’s faster than hand cutting.
10-01-2024
12:50 pm
I love my AccuQuilt Go! I have arthritis in both hands and trigger thumbs. My AccuQuilt Go saves my hands and a lot of time. We make many, many donation quilts for our local NICU’s, community service and veteran quilts. I just purchased the EQ8, and would love to use both together. Thank you Terry W.

I love how I can cut 100 HST’s with my AccuQuilt Go Big and they are all exactly the same. Not only is it so much faster than cutting by hand, but also it deletes the step of having to cut the dog-ears. Best purchase I’ve made for my quilting hobby. I purchased EQ8 last week and am trying to learn it. Scanning in my fabric stash is my next step.
10-01-2024
1:01 pm
I love my Accuquilt Go cutter and 8″ Qube but don’t use it as often as I could because it takes a while for me to design a new project in EQ8. This new add-on will be a huge time saver and help me get those creative vibes going.
10-01-2024
1:15 pm
I love that most Accuquilt dies have the corners cut off – similar to EQ which helps align pieces easily and less trimming of dog ears. The cutter lets me cut even when my hands are sore from too much gardening.
10-01-2024
1:17 pm
I love my Accuquilt Go Big and have been collecting dies for some time. On big projects, it can really be a time-saver. It also helps get the precision needed for the complicated designs. The add-on is really going to help me envision new ideas!

1:20 pm
What an awesome combo: Accuquilt and EQ8! I acquired an Accuquilt long before the Cube series was introduced. I didn’t see the need to have any of the Cube sets until now. The option to design in EQ8 is very compelling!
10-01-2024
1:23 pm
Accuquilt is the easiest, most accurate way to cut strips, block pieces, applique, and project patterns that I have ever found. Takes the guesswork out of it, ensures a perfect fit, and makes more time for sewing. It is a win-win.
10-01-2024
1:29 pm
I started with an Accuquilt Studio Cutter imported from the US to Australia and added a Go Big a few years ago. I have also upgraded in steps from EQ4 to EQ8, which I adore.
I quite often modify my quilt designs so that I can cut the pieces using my cutting dies.
I haven’t yet tried the Go Qube but this could be the trigger to start!
10-01-2024
1:35 pm
I really like using my AccuQuilt for the precise cutting of my block pieces to ensure that my blocks for my quilt are accurate. This ensures that the piecing of the blocks and the combining of the blocks make it all come together for a beautifully finished quilt.
10-01-2024
1:37 pm
Using Accuquilt is not only faster for cutting out quilt pieces but it is so much easier to sew them together. Love it! To be able to design a quilt in EQ8 and cut it out using Accuquilt is a dream
10-01-2024
1:41 pm
I have the Go and some dies for cutting out cute little appliqué shapes as well as an alphabet. I haven’t yet invested in other shapes or Cubes.
10-01-2024
1:45 pm
I love Accuquilt! Cutting using BOBS, qubes, strip dies, setting triangles, or embroidery dies for embellishment has made quilt piecing a breeze. I always utilize Accuquilt dies in my collection to cut as many pieces as possible for non Accuquilt patterns as well.
10-01-2024
1:47 pm
I have arthritis and as a senior am a bit cautious of cutting so many pieces with a cutter so my Accuquilt is just perfect. Gets the job done so fast and keeps me doing my favorite hobby. No slowing down now.
10-01-2024
1:51 pm
For whatever reason, I am not a very accurate cutter. My Accuquilt cubes and angles, etc. make cutting super easy and accurate. They take the tedium out of cutting my fabric.
10-01-2024
1:56 pm
I bought my Go! Big last year as a means to continue quilting despite chronic pain and illness. I love how it saves my neck – quite literally. I design my own patterns and spent many hours tracing the Accuquilt dies I own into EQ8, so I could incorporate them in my designs. These add-ons sure would save me some time!
10-01-2024
1:58 pm
I have the Baby Go, the Accuquilt Go and the Accuquilt Go Big (I just purchased the extension for the Accuquilt Go Big). Also, I own a lot of dies and have made many quilts with lettering and appliques.
So I am excited that I am going to be able to more easily design quilts in EQ8 using the add-ons from Accuquilt Go. Fantastic collaboration.!! Thank You.

I love that the Accuquilt system offers a clean cut, saves time, and as I age, will make cutting easier on my hands. I just recently bought a Go Big and am waiting for my 8” Cube to arrive tomorrow.

10-01-2024

10-01-2024
2:33 pm
I would like to get an accuquilt system because as I get older it seems harder to cut my fabric accurately. I love the EQ8 software and with this new software using the accuquilt would definitely widen my creativity. Thank you for giving me a chance to win this software.
10-01-2024
2:36 pm
I love being able to easily cut things on the bias and circular items!
10-01-2024
2:43 pm
I own the Accuquilt and the complete 8″ cube with the addons. I would love to have this tool to help my dies to be even more useful. Both Accuquilt and EQ8 are great tools and very helpful for an older quilter with limitations!! The accuracy we can obtain with the Accuquilt is great. So glad you two came together, look forward to many more additions.

2:50 pm
I luv luv luv that Accuquilt and Eq8 have finally joined forces! I have been an Accuquilt user for many years I have the Accuquilt Go me, the Go and the Go big. I also have the Eq8 system. I have been constantly checking and asking how I can use the two together. I also have the Go Qubes so this truly is a wish come true.
Thank-you

2:54 pm
I love my Accuquilt system. I have the 10” cube, along with the companion sets. The accuracy and time saved is priceless! I also have all of the BOB die add ons for my EQ8 and I absolutely LOVE them! I love being able to sit down and design my quilts and be able to see exactly what they will look like when completed. I use it to audition fabrics as well as block placement and block combinations. Having the same abilities with the cubes will be a total game changer!! I can’t wait for this to be released!!!!
10-01-2024
2:59 pm
I try to use my Accuquilt for all of my cutting. It decreases my hand pain from cutting and is so easy to sew with accurate cuts. I love the dog ears are all already cut off
10-01-2024
3:03 pm
I’ve used my Accuquilt Go for a couple years now. I have several dies. This year I finished the Blue Smoke Block of the Month quilt from Wilmington using my Accuquilt dies. I just completed a baby quilt using the Ohio Star Block on Board die. I finished it in one weekend since the cutting was done so easily with my Accuquilt Go. It took me longer to pick out the fabric than it did to sew the quilt. No trimming blocks!
10-01-2024
3:05 pm
I have EQ8 and love it. I also have Accuquilt Go! I love how everything measures up perfectly. It’s fast and easy and takes the time out of cutting.
10-01-2024
3:10 pm
My least favorite part of quilting is cutting out all the pieces, an d that’s why I love my accuquilt!! I would love and get good use out of this EQ8 software addition! Thanks for the opportunity!
10-01-2024
3:13 pm
I have an Accuquilt Studio. Why I like it can be summed up in two words – accuracy and speed.
10-01-2024
3:22 pm
AccuQuilt has helped my accuracy tremendously. Love it!
10-01-2024
3:28 pm
I hesitated to get the Accuquilt cutter, worried it might box me into only using their designs… Now that I have been using it, I have found wonderful ways to adapt all my patterns to EASY CUTTING with Accuquilt! Playing with Accuquilt-cut colored paper pieces for each Block on Board or the Cube dies really gives me unlimited options – Would love to be able to do that on my computer!
10-01-2024
3:33 pm
I Love my Go Big so much as it saves me so much time and is so easy on my hands. And combined with EQ 8 the ideas will really start popping. Thank you somuch for making this happen.

I have the go and love it. Today I upgraded to the go big. Can’t wait to use it. So glad you’re adding Accuquilt blocks to EQ8.
10-01-2024
3:47 pm
I love my Accuquilt cutters and dies for speed and accuracy of cutting fabric. I’m not very good with a rotary cutters. I am squaring the fabric constantly. I also like the applique dies and the embroidery that comes with them. I saves all kind of time using applique dies. That leaves more time for me to create quilt designs, sew blocks and quilt.
10-01-2024
3:49 pm
With my Accuquilt cutter, I get accuracy that I can never achieve by manually cutting fabric. I love it!
10-01-2024
3:52 pm
What a great sisterhood! To design and cut… let the creativity begin. Love this partnership.
10-01-2024
3:54 pm
The precision of my Accuquilt Go is something I rely on to make my piecing so much more accurate and the ease of cutting saves my old hands and wrists a lot of strain! I am so glad I bought it and will use it many years to help me quilt as I age.
10-01-2024

10-01-2024

10-01-2024
4:09 pm
Of course I would enjoy the Accuquilt Mix & Match Plus Corners & Angles book!!! What a fabulous help that would be for the Comfy Quilts. Great idea. So glad you two got together!
10-01-2024
4:11 pm
I purchased my Accuquilt GO BIG at a quilt show in March of this year because I have a health condition that affects my ability to cut precisely. I love the accuracy and the fact I can cut so many pieces at one time. I am new to EQ8 but the fact that I can use the two together was a huge selling feature for EQ8. I am enjoying creating again!
10-01-2024
4:18 pm
I love my accuquilt! It makes cutting out large numbers of pieces so quick and easy. I use it to cut binding strips too, and borders!
10-01-2024
4:21 pm
I love to win a copy of the new add on to EQ8. I love accuquilt for cutting and piecing blocks that are a bit more difficult to rotary cut and then piece. I’m so excited that Lori Miller’s hard work has paid off for her and EQ is adding on her accuquilt block work. It would be so great to be able to design blocks in EQ that could then be cut with my accuquilt cutter.
10-01-2024
4:30 pm
I love my Accuquilt dies, and I have both the Go Big and the Go cutters. I’ve gotten much more comfortable using the dies with EQ8 as my guide in block decisions and also in making the quilts be just what I want them to be. This new pairing will make both even more useful. What a great pairing.

I love my Accuquilt Go Me. It is wonderful to use and accurate. Saves wear and tear on my arthritic joints. My friend is jealous of me. My daughter wants to borrow it. I also love my EQ8. I make my block designs and layouts for my quilts. I have been using EQ since EQ3, I love it.
10-01-2024

My piecing skills have improved because the pieces are always cut correctly with my AccuQuilt dies! I feel very happy when I use my Accuquilt dies because cutting is fast and easy. Lori’s add-ons are just what I need to make designing with EQ8 work perfectly with my dies .
10-01-2024

I love my Accuquilt machine and dies because it allows me to still do patchwork. Arthritis in my hands makes it very difficult to cut fabric but with my Accuquilt I can still do it and it’s more accurate.
10-01-2024
5:50 pm
So easy to use the Accuquilt Go Cutter, accurate and easy cutting every time! Saving hard for the electric version, maybe Santa will help!
10-01-2024

I live my Accuquilt! It makes cutting multiple blocks so easy and the BOB options are always so great. I also love how some does include a cutting file for appliqué, it’s just a really great system and to be able to use it with EQ8 is even better.
10-01-2024
6:33 pm
I love the accuracy that the Accuquilt dies bring to my sewing and the ability to cut multiple pieces at a time speeds up the quilt making process. As many others have said I love using my Accuquilt to cut up my scraps and turn them into charity quilts. Nothing is wasted!
10-01-2024

I absolutely love designing with my eq8 and cutting with my accuquilt dies! They make quilting and designing so much fun. These products will take my designs up another level!
10-01-2024
6:39 pm
As I get older, I love that the accuracy, speed and SAFETY I get from using my AccuQuilt dies (instead of error-prone rotary cutting) means far more enjoyable quilting time (perfect points, easily aligned seams, and no cut fingers!) and far less fabric waste. I’m so happy that EQ8 is coming out with AQ cube patterns! I currently cut all of my cube shapes out of craft foam so I can mix and match them into unique patterns. But that doesn’t help with color choices. I can’t wait to use this great new tool!
10-01-2024
6:48 pm
I love cutting with my Accuquilt Go! cutter. The pieces fit together so well making my blocks so much more accurate. I love the versatility of the Qubes!

10-01-2024
7:05 pm
I love using my Accuquilt Go cutters, especially for easy and quick cutting multiples of the same shape. I like the strip dies as well. The specialty dies make easy work for cutting applique shapes. I own the EQ8 and am interested to see the addition of Accuquilt cubes!
10-01-2024
7:09 pm
Having the accu quilt cutter is such a timesaver when cutting out my quilts. Not only does it same time and energy, I have confidence and each piece is cut accurately and sew up beautifully in my quilt. I design my quilts often in EQ eight that are patterns I can cut on my accu quilt cutter. That allows me to change colors and change size of the block at will and use my cutting system to obtain an accurately finished product.
10-01-2024
7:21 pm
The only way I can continue to quilt is because of Accuquilt. Cutting quilt patterns with Parkinson’s disease is impossible. Accuquilt makes it not only possible but oh, so sweet.
10-01-2024
7:21 pm
I have both the Go! Cutter and Go! Me and love the accuracy of cuts including no dog ears. It truly makes quilting faster and more accurate!
10-01-2024
7:42 pm
I would enjoy an AccuQuilt. I have had an opportunity to use precuts through Cotton Cuts products. I have enjoyed the ease of precuts. I would like to share my AccuQuilt with other guild members who have arthritis and have difficulty cutting. I love my EQ8. It would be great to merge the two products
10-01-2024
7:49 pm
I have arthritis in my hands and wrists which limits my ability to use a rotary cutter. Accuquilt has helped me to continue cutting out quilts . The dies are also a game changer. There are so many BOB that I would not attempt without accuquilt. They make complex blocks easy and perfect! I am a huge accuquilt fan.
10-01-2024
7:58 pm
I love the precision of accuquilt and all the combinations that can come out of a small number of basic dies.
10-01-2024

I love the accuracy of AccuQuilt! Blocks I never would have attempted before are now possible. The possibilities are endless with my AccuQuilt Go Big!!
10-01-2024
8:12 pm
LOVE my Go! Big! Arthritis makes it very hard to use a rotary cutter for more than a few minutes. As long as there’s electricity, the GO! goes! Also love the accuracy of every cut and the LARGE variety of patterns available – more than I can make in this life time. Keep up the great work, Accuquilt!
10-01-2024
8:12 pm
I love my AccuQuilt cutter. I know that my blocks will turn out great and true to size with no “re-sewing”. Always look forward to seeing what they come out with next. I am really excited that this will make it easier to make the quilts using the design by EQ8.
10-01-2024
8:14 pm
I had my accuquilt for a while before I finally used. I love it for quilts with a lot of pieces that I would be reluctant to cut by hand
10-01-2024
8:28 pm
My AccuQuilt has been a game changer for me. For many years I’ve been making quilts for people in need, such as Foster Children and Domestic Violence. The recipients of the quilts are overwhelmed and I’m so happy that I was able to give them a quilt for warmth and love. The cutter helps me to cut a quilt out in a very short time, with precision, and endless combinations and this enables me to put together the pieces in a very short time.
10-01-2024
8:41 pm
AccuQuilt Go Big is an essential tool in preparing kits for our Quilt of Valor team. With a lot of quilters involved all at various skill levels the accuracy and ease of prreparing for our sewing sessions really helps minimize matching issues while involving all of our folks. Love that AccuQuilt and EQ are joining forces!
10-01-2024
8:53 pm
This little machine makes it much easier for me to but batches of pieces. I have a massive scrap collection that I’ve been trying to get under control. Rather than cutting all of these individually, I can stack up like sizes and run them through the machine with different dies and presto! they’re ready to store in their new bins. I love it!! Adding these block “recipies” will make both EQ and Accuquilt more versatile. Thanks for doing the giveaway.
10-01-2024
8:58 pm
Cutting out over 500 triangles for a quilt just wouldn’t be an option by hand. With the Accuquilt it is possible! It opens up so many more designs with less hand (and back) breaking cutting.
10-01-2024

Besides saving my my wrist and shoulder from rotary cutting pain, I can very quickly turn my scraps into various sized patches to make any kind of block I want and the AccuQuilt is so accurate that there is no trimming to be done. Thank you AccuQuilt!!

I have an AccuQuilt Go! I have often asked for dies as gifts. I love using the dies for easier, more accurate cutting. I hope to trade in my Go! for a Big! soon so I can use the bigger dies and get even more cutting done. I love using EQ and having the patterns incorporated will be amazing.

I made a fall table runner using the rustling leaves #2 Accquilt die. I loved that it took next to NO time to cut them out. I would never have cut them out by hand!! I would love to integrate the use of my accuquilt as I learn how to use my most recently purchased EQ software.

I started quilting 3 years ago when I became unexpectedly disabled with a chronic neuromuscular disease. I had made some tshirt quilts with a rotary cutter, inaccurate lines, blisters and a little bloodshed. My mom introduced me to the GoBig cutter and there’s no way I would ever make a quilt without my own GoBig. 40+ charity quilts later, I am always looking for new designs to adapt with the cube system.

I have an EQ8 and the AccuQuilt Go Big and not sure how to make quilts with it. This program would help so much. I love how this shows which dies to use for each block and find maybe it will be a huge help to getting me to use the Go. Thank you for this opportunity.

I love my AccuQuilt system because it makes cutting long strips so easy and all my squares and triangles come out exact. I noticed when I do them without the cutter, my accuracy falls off and what should be a fun activity becomes boring. With AccuQuilt and EQ8! I am inspired & have the tools to give my creative side wings.

The combination of Accuquilt and Electric Quilt softwares will make this pure joy! Thank you to both companies for pursuing this relationship!

That allows you to be creative and focus on the important creative aspects of quilting, like color harmony, contrast, and secondary shapes! Plus it’s easy to use and the mix and match set with corners and angles lets you create tons of quilts!

I love my Accuquilt and Electric Quilt, they work together so well I don’t know how any one could design a quilt with out them both. The block library is great for helping decide on which blocks, fabrics or colors I want to use before I ever think about cutting my fabric.

I don’t have enough strength in my wrists to cut fabric and the AccuQuilt Go does all that for me…and cuts perfectly accurate pieces. Now I can be proud of my quilts and donate many to charitable causes.

I love my AccuQuilt cutter because the cuts are perfect, I waste less fabric, & they’ve already cut off the dog ears. I love EQ8 because I helps me determine fabric yardage when I create a quilt. To me, they’re the perfect match!!

I am in WNC just recovering from Hurricqane Helene and just got internet service back.
So I hope I am in time to tell you how much I look forward to using my Go Big Acuquilt cutter. I really love the electric version for its ease and speed. I can take Go Baby with me to classes and retreats. And every quilt pattern has about a gazillion HST that are a breeze to piece after going through the cutter. I have been using EQ since EQ 6, so really appreciate my two favorite things can be used together.

I love my AccuQuilt Big Go! system. The accuracy of the cuts are outstanding. When I use a quilting ruler, it always slips and my cuts are inaccurate. I would love to win this give away. The win will take my quilting to new levels!!

I would love to try using an AccuQuilt. I am getting older and my hands don’t work like they use to. I have used a Cricut but the process takes so long to take a template from EQ8 to cutting on the Cricut I find it quicker to just cut them myself. If the AccuQuilt is a simpler process it would be great!

I love my AccuQuilt! Saves so much time in cutting, accurate cuts every time, and my pieces all match exactly when sewing together! Recently, I decided to cut a few border strips with a special ruler I had just purchased (apparently had a moment of insanity) and noticed I had somehow made them a bit curved. I was able to use one of my AccuQuilt strip dyes and corrected that wonky cut – AccuQuilt to my rescue!

I started with Acuquilt baby in 2012. Absolutely loved it as I was a newbie to sewing, quilting all together. Over these years I have accumulated a large amount of wines, strip dies as well as appliqué dies. In 2023 upgraded to Acuquilt go. When my body can no longer crank the handle I know I will be upgrading to the go big electric. Last month I purchased electric 8. I am so happy to now start designing my quilt on the computer instead of drawing them out. To be able to combine EQ8 and Acuquilt is wonderful. It is like a dream come true.

I LOVE my AccuQuilt Go Big; although I started off with the hand crank one. I now have 50+ dies, 3 of which I’ve had custom made – a Dresden, a Log Cabin and a 1.5 / 1.25 strip die to make faux binding. Right now I’m cutting out flower shapes to enter a small wall quilt in the Paint Chip Challenge my guild is doing as well the flowers and vines in Eleanor Burn’s Fabric Frenzy pattern, which uses Go dies! Love it, love it, love it! ~Vicci

I’ve owned my accuquilt cutter for over 10 years! I own both the Go! Cutter and the Electric Cutter. I know how to use a rotary cutter, but I just hate to use one. Plus, I have health issues that prevent me from using the rotary cutter at times. I wouldn’t be quilting if it weren’t for the accuquilt system. I love it and I love quilting. It’s a must.

I love EQ8, my GO Dies, and the Lori Miller add ons. I like to start with the blocks Lori created from the dies, decide where my fabrics go and determine the yardage I need. Then I can get the quilt cut in short time. Since there is no sub cutting involved, the blocks go together very quickly. This is a great system. I just had to buy a new furnace so I really would like to win her new add on. However, due to my addiction, I’ll have to buy it even if I don’t win.

I am just now beginning to learn EQ8, so I am thrilled to learn of this collaboration between EQ8 and Accuquilt!

I love Accuquilt for the ease and accuracy of cutting my patches. The dies for cutting applique pieces and their associated embroidery files make applique so much fun that I now include applique in more of my quilts. I have also used the dies for cutting shapes from other materials besides fabric, making them super helpful for crafts. Our quilt guild suggested using Accuquilt dies for cutting out pieces for charity quilt blocks. It improves speed and consistently sized blocks from many different people.

What’s not to love with Accquilt! For me all the fun of quilting is in designing, fabric selection, and the actual sewing blocks together to watch a beautiful quilt emerge. To cut accurate pieces ready to sew in a flash is like waving a magic wand to to take away all the time consuming repetitious chore of cutting by hand. More time to enjoy the process is worth the investment.

I have been an enthusiastic user of Accuquilt Go Electric for years and it keeps me in the quilting game when my arthritic hands would have kept me from it long ago. Just this past year a colleague introduced me to EQ8 and I love not having to draft patterns for my projects. My very favorite parts are the calculations for fabric and showcasing of ideas. I can do so much more with much greater ease than drawing each one out by hand. This partnership promises to make quilting life even easier!

I use the AccuQuilt Studio 12 block set to get truly accurate cuts. I am measuring challenged and never seem to get it right when measuring and rotary cutting. Once I got my AccuQuilt system my quilts went together so much faster and easier. I just couldn’t figure out how to make my AccuQuilt shapes fit with my EQ Design program. I am tickled to see this partnership come together.

Accuquilt has been a game changer for me in cutting out fabric for quilts. I do not have a sewing room, just a corner of one room. So, until I got accuquilt go, I had to cut my fabic on my bed! It was very hard to bend over and cut accurate pieces. With arthritis and bad knees, Accuquilt has helped me immensely with cutting without the rotary cutter slipping, causing me to waste fabric and get inaccurate pieces. Now that I have an EQ 8, It would be wonderful to have a program to help me to design and utilize my accuquilt.

I love accuquilt because it saves time and enables me to cut more fabric without making mistakes. It is fun to create quilts with less mental stress.

So happy to see this add-on! I’ve had EQ thru several upgrades… now 8. When I decided to purchase AccuQuilt cutter and dies earlier this year, jumped in with both feet and went with the electric cutter since my hands, back and neck were starting to feel wear & tear from sewing, quilting and crafting for many years. Both of these products have made significant improvements in “Marsha Land”. Thank you Lori Miller for creating a wonderful addition to EQ8 and AccQuilt!

I love using my Accuquilt cutter! It saves me so much time in quilt prep, helping me cut out all the pieces for a queen or king quilt in an afternoon.
I can also audition a few pieces and play around with a new design or my own idea.

I love my Accuquilt system! It makes cutting quilt blocks fast, easy and accurate. I can sew the pieces together so my blocks come out perfectly. I cannot imagine making quilts without Accuquilt and also EQ8! I’m very excited about being able to use them both together!

This is wonderful! In 2019 I did buy in to the add on. I love EQ8 and the Go cutter, as a server dyslexic person, math is not a strong point. But being able to design my own quilts and then go directly to my cutter and have it come out perfect was a game change for me.

I do not have an Accuquilt cutter. Like all of us, I am getting older (in my 80′s)and it is gets harder to cut all those quilt pieces perfectly and quickly. I am becoming a great grandmother, twice in the next four months, so you can imagine how busy I am trying to get quilts made to snuggle those two little bundles of joy. What a joy to make more precisely cut and pieced quilts for my precious family.

I love my AccuQuilt cutter Our guild has an AccuQuilt bee and we have been in charge of the block of the month for our guild. We cut out the fabric for 31 blocks and we save so much time with the AccuQuilt. I have EQ8 but I have not used AccuQuilt with the program. Sounds very exciting!

I only have the 8” blocks and love using the Accuquilt cutting device because it is such a time saver! Easy to use! Convenient for travel purposes, and I travel almost every day to babysit my 13 grand babies or help my 96 year old mother do grocery shopping and errand running. My personal time is limited and this tool is a game changer. Now I have your EQ8 software and feel like I am in heaven! Wow!

I love my Accuquilt Go big electric because it is so much easier on my hands, shoulders and back to cut out a whole quilt; not to mention so much faster and more accurate than I could cut by hand. The engineered corners make it possible for me to make more complicated blocks than I ever could before my Accuquilt cutter.

I love my AccuQuilt dies and die cutters. I have more than one cutter! A go big electric, a Go me and a Go baby. I have friends that come over and we can spend the day cutting and enjoy our time together. The fact that you’ve produced the EQ products to go with the die cubes is tremendous. I can’t wait to see mix and match designs to add to EQ8!

I do not currently have an Accuquilt but I think it would be very useful for me. I have rheumatoid arthritis and am having trouble cutting accurately. Hopefully it would make my quilting go easier if the cuts are accurate.

I love Accupuilt. I can cut a whole quilt in little over an hour. It always goes together so well so I can make a quilt top without having to square up each block. Pairing it with EQ8 makes it even better.

I have an Accuquilt and have had it a number of years. It does help with arthritic hands and it helps me with designs because I have many flexible dies, flexible in that I have many shapes, lots of lines which can also do angles and because it helps me with inspiration. I love my Accuquilt! I also love to share it at quilt club meetings. We have plenty of older hands there. I have 32 die plates to work with. I really hope I can win.
