This is the first series of Mystery Quilt Challenge that I designed for my quilt guild, Tehachapi Mountain Quilters. This is one of several variations that they could choose to do from a table runner size to king size. The Sewfasst is my method of making Flying Geese, Square on Point, Puss in the Corner and Nine Patches without cutting individual patches. Basically it is done by sewing, slicing and dicing to get the final product and sometimes with Bonus Patches, to boot! Forty quilters signed up and 35 finished their quilts one year later. Since it was a mystery quilt, they had no idea what their quilts would look like when they were done, but they were all thrilled with the results.
