When I saw Piet Mondrian’s painting Broadway Boogie Woogie, I automatically saw a quilt. It’s exactly 50 by 50 like the real one that is displayed at the MOMA in New York City. Without the help of EQ, no way I could of done it!

I did the same thing with “Homage to Victory – Boogie Woogie #1. All I saw was a postcard of the painting, so I just drew it the size I wanted. Unfortunately, I have not yet made the quilt. So many quilts – so little time!
