As an activity at my niece’s baby shower, I passed out white squares that I had used iron-on transfers to put baby animal outlines on. Then each table shared a bucket of fabric paints, and everybody painted their square. I then designed the layout of the squares in EQ7, used printable fabric to add Abigails picture, and added embroidery for the birth date and weight. I have been making quilts like this for decades for the new babies in the family, but this was the first time using EQ7 for the layout and it was so much easier!
