To create the butterfly block I created a block in Easy Draw & Patch Draw. I divided pieced block into 4 and drew the New York Beauty Block in two opposite corners/ Then I drew the bottom wings, body and antenna of the butterfly on the Applique layer. I placed the Blocks in an On Point setting.
