From the early ’90s (when it was just a DOS program) to today’s sophisticated version, Electric Quilt has been my best tool for quilt design. I love how easy it is to nudge lines around, audition different block settings and fabric placement. And then, when I’m happy with my design, it’s a snap to print out rotary cutting instructions and templates. Electric Quilt has made my job as a quilt designer and author a whole lot more fun.
